Answer
I talk about motherhood as something complicated and complex, not picture-perfect. I openly share the hard parts: worry, guilt, losing yourself, feeling like you’re never enough. I don’t think moms should be martyrs; I believe you have to know who you are, outside of “Mom,” to raise healthy, kind, self-sufficient kids.
When it comes to social media criticism, I don’t let the internet dictate how I parent or what I share. People who hate my content still show up every day, but I’ll keep speaking my truth about being a mom. There’s always a seat next to me for anyone who feels seen by that.
Is there a specific challenge you’re dealing with right now that you’d like to talk through?
