The collaboration with Autism Speaks is one small way to turn my family’s story into support for other families. A portion of the proceeds from the “Perfectly Imperfect” necklace goes to Autism Speaks, helping fund awareness, resources, and advocacy for kids and adults on the spectrum.
On a personal level, I talk openly about my son’s diagnosis, the grief, the guilt, and the relief that came with realizing he was never “broken.” That honesty helps other parents feel seen, less alone, and more empowered to learn about autism and advocate for their kids.
