Hi, I’m Paul from thatcreativeceo 👋

Color is one of my favorite “silent actors” in any frame. I use palettes to push emotion before anyone says a word:

  • Red + blue: tension between passion and calm. Think love mixed with conflict in the same shot.
  • Pink + green: dreamy but slightly wrong, like a pretty nightmare.
  • Purple + blue: mystical, deep, and otherworldly, great for introspection or fantasy.

I’ll often design a scene’s colors first, then build lighting and wardrobe around that emotional target.

What’s a film where the color really stuck with you?
