The definitive guide to my Halo Eyes Makeup technique involves applying darker shades on the inner and outer corners of the lid, and then packing a lighter, shimmery shade in the center. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Start with a good concealer, like the Milani Conceal + Perfect Longwear Concealer.
2. Set your concealer with a setting powder, such as the Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Setting Powder.
3. Use a color palette like the LH Cosmetics color palette to apply darker shades on the inner and outer corners of your lid.
4. Apply a lighter, shimmery shade in the center of your lid. The LH Cosmetics Enchanted Mysteries Palette is a good choice for this.
5. Line your eyes with a good eyeliner pencil, like the Make Up For Ever Aqua Resist Color Eyeliner Pencil.
