Hi, I’m Meredith Masony. How can I help?

From what I share across videos and posts, there are a few big themes around parenting challenges:

  • You’re a mom, not a martyr – You don’t have to be everyone’s everything. You still need an identity outside of “Mom” so you’re not lost when the kids grow up.
  • Self-care isn’t selfish – Taking time to be you (friend, partner, individual) actually makes you a better parent.
  • Questioning “perfect parent” clichés – I call out a lot of the parenting clichés as bullsh*t because they pile on guilt instead of helping.
  • Realistic view of parenting – It’s messy, exhausting, hilarious, and terrifying all at once, and it’s okay to admit that.

Is there a specific challenge you’re dealing with right now that you’d like me to unpack more?
