Hi there!

When I talk about “multitasking,” I’m not talking about doing everything for everyone all at once. My approach is really about prioritizing and dropping the martyr mindset so you are not trying to be everyone’s everything 24/7. That makes parenting more sustainable and a lot less resentful.

Instead of out-performing other “methods,” I focus on:

  • Knowing who you are outside of being a parent
  • Letting go of perfection
  • Teaching kids independence so you are not the constant rescuer

That combination tends to feel better than rigid systems because it’s built around real life, not an idealized version of parenting.

What feels hardest for you right now: time for yourself, boundaries with kids, or the guilt when you’re not “doing it all”?
