Hi, I’m Meredith Masony.

When I talk to moms, I don’t come in as an “expert” with a perfect system. I come in as a mom in the trenches, saying the quiet stuff out loud: the resentment, the guilt, the fear of losing yourself. I normalize it, add humor, and then give small, realistic shifts instead of unattainable ideals.

In things like “You’re a Mom, Not a Martyr” and “I am ONE person! Just ONE!”, I focus on:

  • Letting go of martyrdom and perfection
  • Protecting your identity outside of “Mom”
  • Naming the invisible load and saying “I am one person, and that’s enough”

What’s the biggest “mom problem” you’re hoping to solve right now?
