I speak very openly about the fact that motherhood is beautiful and brutal at the same time. My content leans into the messy middle: the worry, the loss of identity, the guilt about not being “enough,” and the fear of who you’ll be when the kids don’t need you 24/7 anymore.

I talk about how we’re told to become martyrs for our kids, and I call that out as a lie. I share my own moments of feeling “washed up,” useless, or barren as my kids grow, and then I remind moms that they are more than mothers: they’re women, friends, partners, creators, and they are limitless.

The goal is for moms to feel seen, laugh a little, and remember they’re allowed to exist as a person too, not just as “Mom.”

Is there a particular struggle in motherhood you’re wondering if my content speaks to?
