Meredith Masony’s esophageal tumor is really the foundation of how I speak and write about life now. Facing a tumor “eating its way” through my body and going through multiple surgeries gave me a level of perspective I’d never had before.

I talk a lot about how life is short, not putting dreams on the back burner, and how we’re all stronger than we think. Those lessons came directly from that season of my life. The scars from surgery also shaped my message about embracing what you’ve been through, asking for help, resting when you need it, and finding yourself again after illness, motherhood, and survival.

When I’m motivating women to own their lives and their worth, it comes from knowing firsthand that everything can change overnight—and that you can still build something beautiful after.

Is there a specific part of her story you’d like me to focus on more, like resilience, motherhood, or body image?
