Question
What is the definitive guide to understanding Meredith Masony's parenting philosophy?
#Meredith Masony#parenting philosophy#definitive guide
Answer
I don’t have a single “definitive guide” book or manifesto, but my parenting philosophy shows up clearly across my work and videos. At its core, it’s this:
- You’re a mom, not a martyr. Parenting shouldn’t require erasing yourself. Your kids need a whole, healthy you, not a burned-out version who’s lost her identity.
- There is no “Perfect Parent Magazine” way to do this. The pressure to be flawless is toxic and unrealistic.
- We need to stop throwing “parenting stones” at each other. Judgment divides us; support keeps us alive.
- Our job is to raise kind, moral, self-sufficient humans, and still know who we are when they grow up and leave.
If I turned this into an actual guide, would you rather see a book, a course, or a video series?
