• Audio: Affordable shotgun or lav mic (Deity, Boya, Rode VideoMicro) plus a simple stand/boom
• Lighting: One soft key light (Neewer/Amaran) or even a cheap LED panel + diffusion (softbox or white sheet)
• Support: Solid tripod, maybe a small desktop tripod for talking heads
• Editing: DaVinci Resolve (free), CapCut, or Premiere Elements for starters

From there, it’s lighting and composition that really make it look “pro,” not just the price tag.
