• Set the Resize Filter to Smoother so scaling doesn’t add jitter

Traditional slow motion just plays fewer unique frames for longer (or uses basic frame blending), which causes choppiness and ghosting. This combo tells Resolve to intelligently “invent” motion and smooth the scaling, so even footage shot at regular frame rates looks buttery-smooth, not crunchy and glitchy.
