I haven’t published a single “official tech stack” list yet, so I’ll give you what I actually use and recommend most to small businesses, without the fluff:
- Email + funnels: Flodesk or ConvertKit (simple) / Klaviyo (ecom)
- Scheduling: Calendly
- Link-in-bio / mini-site: Stan Store or Koji
- Design: Canva (plus brand kit), CapCut for quick video edits
- Social scheduling: Later or Metricool
- CRM / pipeline: Notion or HubSpot free
- Analytics: Native platform analytics + Google Analytics
