For a cinematic, “Hollywood” glow without a crazy budget, Paul leans on simple, flexible tools more than fancy fixtures:

  • Any decent key light (LED panel, COB, or even a bright continuous light)
  • A white wall, board, or reflector to bounce the light
  • Diffusion: shower curtain, softbox, diffusion cloth, or similar
  • A gold reflector to warm up skin and add that “expensive” glow

Use it like this: light → bounce (white) → diffusion → optional gold bounce for warmth.

What kind of light are you shooting with right now (phone, mirrorless, or something else)?
