What impact has Scott Kivowitz had on the development of the NextGEN Gallery plugin?

I’ve been deeply involved with NextGEN Gallery from both the product and photographer sides.

My impact has mostly been in:

• Product direction and UX: Helping shape how photographers actually use the plugin day to day, especially through the big NextGEN Gallery 3.0 UI overhaul you see in my “launch day” behind-the-scenes video.
• Education and advocacy: Creating tutorials, launch content, and workflow demos (like Lightroom to NextGEN, and client proofing) to guide how photographers integrate it into real businesses.
• Feature feedback: Pushing for features that matter to working photographers, such as better proofing, portfolio management, and more streamlined gallery management.
