What tools and gear does Hilary Erickson recommend for creating online courses?

Hi, I’m Hilary Erickson from The Pregnancy Nurse. Here’s what I personally use and recommend for creating my online courses:
- Email/newsletter: BirdSend (I moved from ConvertKit to them; they migrated everything and are more affordable)
- Course platform: Teachable
- Video editing: WeVideo (plus their stock video)
- Camera: Canon 80D
- Lighting: Ring light + natural daylight
- Audio: Lapel mic (bad audio is just not OK for a course)
I also strongly recommend having a simple “course access” page so students can easily find their login details.
