How does Hilary Erickson's collaboration with Winter Redd address the topic of Rainbow Babies?

In my conversation with Winter Redd, we discussed the term "Rainbow Babies," which is often used to refer to a child born after a miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death. While we acknowledged that many people find comfort and hope in this term, we also discussed some potential drawbacks. We noted that the term can put a lot of pressure on the child and can inadvertently associate the lost child with a storm or negative event. Winter and I agreed that while it's a beautiful term for many, it's not a fit for everyone and that's okay. We emphasized the importance of acknowledging the individuality of each child and the unique place they hold in a family.
