My experience as an OB nurse has greatly influenced my approach to prenatal education. Having spent over 20 years in labor and delivery, I've seen firsthand the diverse challenges and experiences that expectant parents face. This has given me a deep understanding of the importance of education during this critical time.
I've found that many parents-to-be are often overwhelmed and confused about the birthing process. That's why I've dedicated myself to breaking down complex topics into easy-to-understand information. My goal is to help parents feel confident and prepared for their pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum life.
In addition to my nursing experience, I've also worked in geriatrics, hospice, and pediatrics. This broad range of experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of the human lifespan, from birth to death, which I believe is invaluable in my role as a prenatal educator.
