Skin-to-skin contact: We encourage skin-to-skin contact as it helps with bonding and can also aid in breastfeeding.

Rest and recovery: The mother doesn't need to worry about anything else. We take care of cleaning, helping her get up, and checking her uterus. The mother's job is to rest and love her baby.
