• Content creation: I’m pivoting my podcast to fewer, deeper, more expert-focused episodes starting in 2025, and I’m working on growing traffic outside of Google (like Pinterest, email, and social). I’m also always open to high‑fit sponsorships and speaking opportunities.
• Personal/professional growth: After my appendix/sepsis experience, I’m prioritizing health, sustainable work, and only taking on projects and courses that genuinely serve my audience and me. I’m focusing on simplifying, doing less but better, and bringing in trusted experts on topics like informed consent and family life.
