I weave my real family and personal life directly into what I teach, but I try to keep it practical and doable for busy moms.

I’m a labor and delivery nurse, so my pregnancy content is very evidence-based, but I also talk honestly about fear, messy emotions, and real-life birth stories. As a mom of three and an organizer “to a fault,” I share systems, routines, and home tips that we actually use at our house, including what doesn’t work.

My faith and values show up more as a focus on kindness, service, and “trying, not perfection,” rather than preaching. I talk openly about hard things—marriage work, yelling, weight, overwhelm—because I think moms need to see real, imperfect families, not a fantasy Instagram version.

Is there a specific part of my content (pregnancy, parenting, organizing, or travel) you’re most curious about?
