What are Hilary Erickson's recommended tools for baking enthusiasts?

From my baking and blogging world over at Pulling Curls, these are the main tools I recommend (and personally use) for baking and cookie lovers:

• A solid stand mixer – I love the Bosch Universal Plus Mixer; I used to use a KitchenAid but Bosch won me over, especially for big batches
• Cookie paddles and cake paddles for the mixer
• A bowl scraper attachment (so you don’t have to stop and scrape constantly)
• A good cookie scoop
• Silicone cookie sheet liners
• A sturdy jelly roll pan-style cookie sheet
