I’m planning a few key shifts in how I share content going forward.

For the Pulling Curls Podcast, I’m moving away from frequent short episodes and toward less frequent, longer, more in‑depth episodes with true experts and trusted friends. I’ll be focusing on topics like informed consent, marital roles, and real-life pregnancy and parenting issues, then returning with this refreshed format in 2025.

I’m also leaning more into email newsletters and social media for regular updates, since Google’s changes have hit blog traffic hard, and I want to stay closely connected with families there.
