I've had the pleasure of collaborating with a variety of experts from around the United States to create an online program for postpartum preparedness. This program covers everything I wish I knew about the postpartum journey before my own experiences, and it's designed to be accessible to parents and caregivers on their own schedules. Over 1,000 families from around the world have signed up, and it's been amazing to be a part of their journey towards a more informed and prepared postpartum experience.
