Question
How does Shari Stamps's infant Craniosacral Therapy method outperform traditional approaches?
Answer
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. My approach to infant CST is unique because it's not just about addressing symptoms, but about finding and addressing the root causes.
I believe that the fascia restraints that affect how we move and live can influence the fetal lie (how baby can rest in the womb). So, by helping pregnant moms, we're also utilizing preventative measures to ease labor, improve positioning and movement for the baby, and benefit the overall wellness of both mom & baby.
Moreover, I also teach parents movements and strokes they can do on their own between our sessions to help with their baby’s healing. This not only aids in the baby's recovery but also promotes bonding between parent and baby.
