I've created a comprehensive online postpartum preparedness program to help new parents navigate the challenges of the postpartum period. This program is full of expert information and beautiful photography, and it's designed to be accessible to all families. It covers everything I wish I knew about the postpartum journey before my own experiences, including ER visits. I've had over 1,000 families from around the world sign up to create a prepared postpartum, and it's been amazing to be a part of that.
In addition to the online program, I also offer in-person services like infant massage classes, nursery design, Mother Roasting, and postpartum doula support. I'm passionate about postpartum support, so I also volunteer with @postpartumhelp.
