As a passionate advocate for postpartum support, I volunteer with Postpartum Support International (@postpartumhelp). In this role, I assist mothers experiencing Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) by helping them find the resources and support they need. It's a cause close to my heart, as I'm a survivor of PMAD myself. However, I don't have any formal collaborations with Postpartum Support International beyond my volunteer work.
