I’ve collaborated with Macy’s through several of their Culinary Council events, mostly at the historic State Street store in Chicago.

• I’ve attended and covered chef demos and celebrations as media, including the 125 Years of Food Service event in the Walnut Room, featuring chefs like Cat Cora, Tom Douglas, Johnny Iuzzini, and Takashi Yagihashi
• I’ve also attended demos with chefs like Stephanie Izard and Tom Douglas, sharing recaps, photos, and impressions on my blog and social channels
• In some cases, I participated as a compensated member of the Everywhere Society, while still sharing my own honest opinions about the food, chefs, and experiences
