I didn’t write publicly about #BlogHer17 in the same detail that I did for #BlogHer13, but I can tell you how conferences like BlogHer shape my work and growth.

Being in rooms full of women telling honest stories always pushes me to be more transparent about my own journey—marriage, motherhood, farming, homeschooling, body image. That vulnerability is a big part of how I “minister” to my community online: showing real life, not just the highlight reel.

Speaking, networking with brands, and connecting with other bloggers sharpen my voice and remind me that my work has impact beyond my living room, garden, or homeschool table. That confidence always spills back into how I show up for my family and my readers.
