I think this approach outperforms traditional sports reporting because it allows for a more comprehensive understanding of the athletes. I also believe in being personable and letting the players be seen. I share parts of their personal life they choose to share, focusing on real and raw experiences rather than just the perfect moments or the money-making questions.
