What are the signature techniques Molly Lynch uses to keep students engaged in class?

From what I've gathered, I use a few key techniques to keep my students engaged in the classroom.
Firstly, I love to incorporate hands-on activities, like my Fall Snap Cube Mats + Mini Books. As students build the pictures, they work on counting on and back for ones and tens, which makes learning fun and interactive.
Secondly, I'm a big fan of small group reading. It's a wonderful opportunity to teach kids to read and fall in love with books. Plus, it allows me to get to know my students in a smaller setting and meet their individual needs.
Lastly, I create resources that make learning easier and more enjoyable. For example, I've developed foundational Phonics skills resources that are as easy to use as photocopying!
