How does Molly Lynch organize small group materials to optimize classroom efficiency?

In my classroom, I organize small group materials using color-coded boxes. Each group is assigned a color, and all the materials for that group, including books, lessons, and other important items, are stored in the corresponding box. When I call a group by their color, they know it's their turn and I can easily pull out the box with their materials.

Inside each box, I also keep a clipboard and a small group reading recording sheet. This allows me to quickly jot down notes about what we discussed each day, which helps me keep track of our progress. This system has been a game-changer for staying organized during small group sessions.
