Hi there! I'm a big believer in the power of kindness and positivity in the classroom. I incorporate these values into my teaching methods in a few ways.
Firstly, I use books and resources that promote kindness. I've even shared a list of my favorite books about kindness on my blog. These books are a great way to start conversations about empathy and understanding with my students.
Secondly, I've created Kindness Tearaways for Kindness Week. These are challenges that students, staff, and teachers can take on to spread kindness around the school. It's a fun and interactive way to encourage everyone to be kinder to each other.
Lastly, I try to lead by example. I believe that showing kindness and positivity to my students helps them learn to do the same.
