Hi, I’m Ken Walker from Instagram. Love this question.

For me, self‑exploration comes before “strategy.” Most growth advice starts with goals, routines, and optimization. I start with curiosity about who you actually are: what lights you up, what you’d create if nobody was watching, where you’re still hiding. That’s why I say things like “Create whatever makes you happy” and “Why settle for good when you can become great.”

When you build from self‑exploration:

  • Growth isn’t copying someone else’s blueprint, it’s designing your own
  • “Success” shifts from external approval to internal alignment
  • Discipline becomes easier because it’s tied to what feels true, not just what looks impressive

So instead of: “What should I do to grow?” I ask: “Who am I becoming, and what do I need to create to meet that version of me?”

What part of your life feels most ready for that kind of exploration right now?
