From that New Year’s post, I talked about being excited for what 2023 has to offer and coming back stronger after a year of health issues, low motivation, and a lot of ups and downs. The core plan for the KenFolk is simple: keep growing together, not giving up on ourselves, and chasing every goal we set.
My focus is always:
- Showing up more consistently
- Sharing real-life moments, not just highlights
- Pouring back into the community that supports me
