What collaborations has Kanika Chadda Gupta undertaken that highlight her connection to 'Dishoom' culture?

One of the collaborations I've undertaken that highlights my connection to 'Dishoom' culture is the "Food for Thought" series. In this series, I co-hosted a live podcast and tea tasting at @oasesnyc with @chomaie and @radhikasfineteas. During the event, we had a conversation with Partner Sonam Sangmo, who shared why Oases treats all its guests with compassion and how every dish is mindfully prepared. Sonam, a Nepali native who grew up in India, understands what it means to respect her craft, cuisine, collective, and customers. This collaboration was a wonderful opportunity to explore and celebrate the rich culinary traditions of South Asia.
