I focus on designing long-form content so it naturally breaks into shorts, instead of chopping it up after the fact. That alone outperforms most traditional “clip it later” methods.

Here are a few key differences in my approach:

• I script/outline around clear “clip moments” (teachable points, quotes, demos) so each can stand alone as a 30–60s short
• I frame, light, and shoot long-form in a way that crops cleanly to vertical without ruining composition
• I repurpose in layers: livestream → chaptered replay → edited highlights → shorts, all reinforcing the same core message
• I optimize each short with its own hook, title, and caption, not just a cut-down from the main video
