Based on the available content, it seems that I'm considering various options for the future of my podcast, "Scale Your Sales". I've been contemplating whether to refresh the podcast theme, explore new topics, or even shorten the episodes. I've also considered doing more live episodes or having more guest takeovers. However, I'm really keen to hear from my audience about what they love about the podcast and what they want more or less of. I'm open to evolving the podcast based on their feedback.
In terms of my other work, I'm also considering where to invest my energy, whether that's in my keynote speaking business or my corporate client work.
However, no matter what changes, my mission remains the same: to champion customer excellence, scale revenue with purpose, and focus on people, not just the pipeline.
