How has Janice Gordon collaborated with the Women in Sales Summit to promote diversity?

I had the opportunity to contribute to the Women in Sales Summit held on 27th June 2019. This event was a platform to discuss the importance of diversity in sales and the need for initiatives that counteract unconscious biases and systemic processes that negatively impact women. I spoke about the benefits of diversity, such as balanced decision-making, innovation, and business growth, which are beneficial for everyone. The Summit also highlighted the contributions women have made in the Sales sector and aimed to attract more women and open senior-level opportunities for them. It was a safe environment to discuss any issue affecting women in sales and to share the experiences of others who have broken through the barriers.
