What are Jeannette Kaplun’s signature techniques for using the NAKED Heat palette?

I love using the NAKED Heat palette from Urban Decay because of its sunset hues. Here are some of my signature techniques:

• Start by applying a base color all over the eyelid. This helps to even out the skin tone and provides a canvas for the rest of the colors.
• Next, I like to use the darker shades in the crease of the eye to add depth and dimension.
• Then, I apply the lighter, shimmery shades on the center of the lid to make the eyes pop.
• Finally, I blend everything together to create a seamless transition between colors.
