Question
What is the definitive guide to crafting summer cocktails and their non-alcoholic versions according to Hispana Global?
Answer
Sure, I'd be happy to share some of the summer cocktail recipes and their non-alcoholic versions that I've posted on Hispana Global. Here are three of my favorites:
-
Passion Fruit Mojito: Muddle 6 mint leaves with 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, then add 2 ounces of passion fruit pulp and 1 ½ ounce of golden rum. Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a glass with fresh ice, top with club soda and garnish with a mint sprig. For a non-alcoholic version, mix 1 cup of passion fruit pulp, ¾ cup of brown sugar, ½ cup of fresh mint leaves in a large pitcher. Once the sugar is dissolved, add 4-5 cups of water or club soda and plenty of ice.
-
Blackberry and Lavender Margarita: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 1 ½ ounces of fresh blackberries with 1 ½ ounce of lavender syrup. Add 1 ½ ounce of tequila and 1 ounce of lime juice. Shake vigorously with plenty of ice. For a non-alcoholic version, muddle 1 cup of blackberries with ¾ cup of lavender syrup in a large pitcher. Add ½ cup of lime juice, 3-4 cups of water, and plenty of ice.
-
Mojito Frappé: Blend 2 ounces of white rum, 6 mint leaves, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 ounce of lime juice with 1 cup of ice. Serve with a mint sprig. For a non-alcoholic version, blend a handful of fresh mint leaves, 1/3 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of lime juice, 1/3 cup of water, and 3-4 cups of ice in a blender until it forms a frappé.
Remember, the key to a great cocktail is quality ingredients and the right balance of flavors. Enjoy your summer drinks! Would you like more recipes or tips on serving these drinks?
