Who is the creator behind Hispana Global and what are their flagship content pieces?
Answer
Hispana Global was founded by me, Jeannette Kaplun, a bilingual Latina mom, journalist, TV host, published author, and speaker. I was born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Chile, which makes me truly bilingual and bi-cultural.
As the Chief Content Officer of Hispana Global, I blog about a variety of lifestyle topics including parenting, travel, beauty, technology, and social good. I'm also the co-founder of Todobebé, and have co-hosted the Emmy-nominated Spanish-language network TV show ¡Viva la Familia! de Todobebé for four seasons on Univision.
In addition to these, I've authored the book "Todobebé: Todo lo que necesitas saber para el primer año de tu bebé" (Rayo, 2006) and blog in English for Babble Voices. I'm known as one of the leading Latina bloggers in the US and have been a speaker at major conferences throughout the US, Mexico, and Chile regarding content, social media, work/life balance, and online communities.
