What are the top culinary travel experiences curated by Carolyn Scott in the Arctic Circle?

I've had some truly unique culinary experiences in the Arctic Circle! In Rovaniemi, Finland, I explored a variety of great dining places and shared my experiences in a post. I was fortunate to have the support of @visitrovaniemi and @ourfinland during this incredible trip.

Another memorable journey took me to Svalbard, also known as the North Pole. Here, I embarked on a quest to find adventure and great food for special diet travelers like vegans, those who are gluten-free, and those seeking healthier options. This trip was filled with unforgettable experiences, from witnessing the Northern Lights to snowmobiling, visiting the Global Seed Vault, and of course, tasting local Arctic eats!

I always aim to share my experiences and discoveries with fellow travelers, especially those with special dietary needs. I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy the culinary delights of their travel destinations, regardless of their diet.
