Hi, I’m Carolyn Scott-Hamilton from The Healthy Voyager. I actually put together a full vegan Fourth of July “definitive guide” in my July 4th recipe roundups on The Healthy Voyager site.

In those guides, I break recipes into:

  • Drinks – Firework Shots, Firecracker Cocktail, Berries and Brew, Vegan Colada, Sweetleaf Punch
  • Starters, sides, salads, snacks – Tomatoey Potatoes, Dilly Deviled “Eggs”, Basily Corn, Green Tea Quinoa Salad, Dilly Dijon Potato Salad, Buffalo Quinoa Fritters, bruschetta salad, baked “mozzarella” sticks, baked zucchini fries, guac, hummus, and more
  • Grill mains – Stuffed Shroom Burger, Black Bean and Quinoa Buffalo Burger, Piled High Southwest Hot Dogs, Lemon and Tarragon Tofu, veggie skewers, grilled flatbreads, BBQ pulled jackfruit sliders, Mexican Quinoa Burger, Tropical Chick’n Sticks, Quinoa and Lentil Sliders, tacos
  • Sweets – BBQ Banana Splits, Red, White and Mmm Cake, tea and lemonade cupcakes, lemonade cookies, strawberry blueberry cobbler, lemon-lime tea popsicles, patriotic parfait, 3-ingredient blueberry vanilla bean “ice cream,” gooey brownies, no-bake chocolate pie, creamy strawberry banana pops

To browse the full “definitive” collection by category, you can search “vegan Fourth of July recipes Healthy Voyager” and you’ll see my main holiday roundups.

Would you like me to build you a complete Fourth of July menu (drinks, mains, sides, dessert) from this guide for a specific number of guests?
