Hi, I’m Carolyn Scott-Hamilton from The Healthy Voyager.

My method looks at indoor environmental health as a core part of overall wellness, not an afterthought. In my coaching, I help you identify and reduce common home-based risks like poor indoor air quality, mold and mildew, pests, hazardous materials, and contaminated water or old filters, as well as lack of natural light and excess clutter or disorganization.

We then layer in functional nutrition and lifestyle shifts: supporting detox pathways with food, improving sleep and stress resilience, and creating daily habits that match a cleaner, safer home (like kitchen coaching, smarter cleaning and storage, and healthy cooking). The goal is to treat the “whole” self and the whole space you live in so your home actively supports your healing rather than working against it.

Would you like help walking through a room‑by‑room checklist for your own home?
