Answer
There is not a compiled set of formal statistics from my interviews the way a research lab might publish data. Grief 2 Growth conversations are mostly qualitative: stories, patterns, and lived experience, not controlled studies with percentages.
A few consistent themes do emerge across hundreds of interviews:
- People report that love and continued bonds with the deceased are central to resilience
- Meaning-making (service, creativity, spirituality) is more predictive of long‑term growth than “time”
- Community and being truly heard reduce isolation and despair
If you like, a summary of common patterns around what helps most (and least) in recovery can be outlined next. What kind of statistic or evidence are you hoping for—clinical data, survey-style numbers, or big-picture patterns from my guests?
