I weave resilience into healing by treating it as a practice, not a personality trait. I’m an engineer at heart, so I combine evidence-based tools with spiritual understanding: we’re consciousness first, bodies second, and love never dies. That perspective alone can radically change how we relate to loss—it becomes a transition, not a total annihilation.

Practically, I guide people through my GEMS framework: Gratitude, Exercise/Sleep, Mindfulness, Self-care. Small, repeatable actions slowly rebuild nervous system safety, meaning, and even connection with loved ones in spirit. Over time, people move from “How do I survive this?” to “How do I grow with this pain and carry love forward?”

What part of your own healing journey feels hardest to be “resilient” in right now?
