I blend spirituality with skepticism in a way that a lot of methods don’t. I’m not asking you to “just believe,” and I’m not asking you to throw everything spiritual in the trash either. I test things like an engineer and hold them like a dad who’s lost a child.

Where this outperforms many approaches is:

  • It gives permission to question—no forced faith, no platitudes
  • It uses research and evidence (NDEs, mediumship studies, consciousness science) instead of vague “thoughts and prayers”
  • It focuses on an ongoing relationship with your loved one, not “moving on” from them
  • It’s practical: my GEMS framework (Gratitude, Exercise/Sleep, Mindfulness, Self-care) grounds the spiritual in daily habits

So you’re not choosing between your brain and your heart—you’re letting them work together.

What part of your grief journey are you most skeptical or unsure about right now?
