Hi there! I’m Gabrielle Nistico.

Based on what I share in my videos, here’s the core of what I recommend for voiceover gear and tools:

  • A treated recording space: Quiet room with sound treatment (panels, blankets, or a booth). This matters more than a fancy mic.
  • A reliable large diaphragm condenser mic with a pop filter
  • An audio interface (not just a USB mic, if you can avoid it)
  • Closed-back headphones for accurate monitoring
  • A sturdy mic stand and shock mount
  • Recording/editing software (Audacity, Reaper, Adobe Audition, etc.)
  • A computer that runs your DAW smoothly and quietly

I also talk a lot about the “non-gear” essential: your willingness to practice, learn, and treat this like a business.

What gear do you already have, and are you working from a home studio or planning one?
