Hi there!

From my own studio and content, here’s what I consistently recommend for voiceover talent:

  • A treated recording space first (quiet room, treatment, isolation). Gear is useless without this.
  • A solid large diaphragm condenser mic in the “workhorse” category, not a cheap USB starter.
  • A clean, reliable audio interface instead of recording straight into the computer.
  • Comfortable, accurate closed‑back headphones for recording and editing.
  • A stable DAW you’ll actually learn (Audacity, Reaper, TwistedWave, etc.).
  • A sturdy mic stand, shock mount, and pop filter.
  • A simple backup/portable setup for travel and emergencies.

If you tell me your budget and current setup, I can suggest a more specific gear path.
